Hours: Tue 9:00 AM-6:00 PM; Wed by appointment; Thu-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (limited Saturdays - call to confirm the date); Sun-Mon closed.
Service area: Fremont, Newark, Union City, and Milpitas, plus the greater East Bay and South Bay.
New patients: every new patient starts with a phone or text conversation with the front desk; the office is by appointment.
Practice model: independent, solo practice — patients see Dr. Patel herself at every visit, not a rotating cast of providers.
Not offered (referred out): root canals, extractions, clear aligners, dentures, bridges.
