Working with your plan
Like most independent practices in the area, we're out-of-network with most plans, which usually means your benefits still apply — at your plan's out-of-network rate. Every plan is its own contract, so the simplest way to understand yours is a quick call or text: tell us what you have, and we'll take care of the specifics and walk you through what to expect before treatment begins.

Ways to pay
We accept cash, personal check, all major credit cards, and contactless payment with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Patients without dental insurance are welcome — the visit is the same, and so is the care.
For larger treatment plans, we also offer financing through CareCredit — including 6- and 12-month options with no interest when the balance is paid in full within the promotional period. Ask us and we'll help you find the option that fits.
Financing through CareCredit is subject to credit approval; interest is charged from the purchase date if the promotional balance isn't paid in full within the promotional period.

Making the most of your benefits
How do dental benefits work?
Most dental plans sort care into three groups — preventive (cleanings and exams), basic (like fillings), and major (like crowns) — and cover each at a different percentage, often after a deductible. Plans also cap what they'll pay in a plan year, called the annual maximum. Every plan is written differently, so we verify yours before treatment.
What is an annual maximum?
An annual maximum is the most your plan will pay toward your care in a plan year. Once you reach it, any further treatment that year is yours to cover, and the maximum resets at the start of the next plan year. Because of that reset, spreading larger treatment across two plan years can sometimes make the most of your benefits.
How often will my plan cover cleanings and exams?
Most plans allow preventive visits on a set schedule — commonly twice a year, though some allow more, especially for patients in active periodontal care. We help you make full use of what your plan allows.
